    All human endeavours are easily and quickly achieved if goals are
    properly set and pursued. Setting your goal and your dedication
    to achieving it is a prerequisite to your goal success. Success
    in any aspects of human life, either in personal or business life,
    is linked to goal setting success.

    The ability of any person to set and achieve his goals will
    determine his level of success in life. Hence the need for all
    to master the arts and science of goal setting.
    So how do you achieve goal success? In other to achieve goal
    success here are some necessary steps to take: 

    1. Define your goals.
    For quick realisation of your goals, you must define it clearly
    and specifically.An ambigous goal will be unclear and blured in
    your vision. The clearer your goal is the sharper it will be in
    your vision. You therefore need to define it clearly in a way that
    you’ll see it in your mind. For example it is not just enough to
    say you want to make $1000 in a month. Define what you’ll do and
    how you’ll do it to earn the amount every month.

    2. Pursue Realistic goals
    It’s perfectly alright to pursue big goals, but don’t pursue
    unrealistic goals. Unrealistic goals are those that are too bogus
    and unimaginable to your mind. What your mind can think clearly
    you can use your mind to achieve it. But whatever your mind cannot
    realistically and clearly define will not be clear to your
    subconscious mind and will be very duffucult to manifest.

    3. Write down your goals.
    Commit your goals to paper. By writing it down, you’ll be able to
    see it written down physically and tangibly all the time and it’ll
    serve as a constant reminder. You’ll be able to go through it
    everyday, possibly 3 or 4 times in a day. Doing this will make your
    goal become part of you and it will be passed to your subconscious
    mind which will process it for manifestation. Another advantage of
    writing down your goal is that you’ll be able to review it
    constantly.

    4. Break your goal to steps.
    Many people find it difficult to achieve their goals because it
    look like a marathon. For example if a person wants to acquire a
    million dollar, it will be difficult for him to acquire that amount
    at once, especially if he’s just starting out. But if he can break it
    down to hundreds of dollars, perhaps each week, it might become easier
    to realise. Breaking down your goals into steps will give you more
    convenience and ease to pursue your goals, and you will be able to
    accomplish each step one by one.

    5. Take Action.
    It’s not just enough to set goals and expect it to materialize. You
    need to take actions. As earlier said, you need to break your goals into
    steps. This will enable you to take actions on each step one after
    accomplishing the other, just like climbing a ladder. Specifically
    defined steps of actions in goal setting makes the whole thing to be
    easy and accomplishable.
