    The mind do not operate on a vacuum. At any point in time

    Therefore when it is not thinking positive it is probably
    thinking negative.

    Moving from negative thinking to positive thinking should
    not be difficult at all. Actually it should be a normal thing,
    which should come naturally and  easily if one has conditioned
    his mind for such. Some people believed that the habit
    of negative thinking will be difficult to drop. But
    this is not so. What you’ve to do is to adopt it gradually.
    A regular daily positive thinking for a month will bring
    a positive result in one’s life. However, you should make it
    a habit and this should be practised without a break of one
    day. Doing this for 30 days religously is a first step to
    eradicating negagive thinking from your mind.

    Once this initial period is passed, you will experience
    some benefits and reliefs and these feelings will  encourage
    you to move to the next level.
