this by holding your thoughts for 5 – 10 minutes.2. Stop apologising for yourself, and instead say some kind words
about someone else. Do this by saying nice things about someone
who has done good things to you or to another person.3. Get yourself daily affirmations that have direct bearing with
your desires and goals.4. Put energy into your mind. Stop being lazy in your thoughts.
Put vibrant thoughts in your mind.5. Show gtratitude. It’s a seed of joy and prosperity. Sow it
everyday, and it will germinate, grow and blossom.
