    Human mind could be described as a powerful instrument made to be used to produce anything. In other words your mind is an engine room which you could turn on or off at will whenever you want, to be used to achieve whatever you want. The good aspect of it is that your mind is always working as long as you’re awake. But it’s workings are either of two ways -  thinking positively or negatively.

    Your mind has two sections – the conscious and the unconscious. The conscious mind is where you perceive whatever is happening, analyze and respond to situations around you. It is the area which you use to determine your actions, and think in response to whatever comes to your consciousness. It is the area of thoughts, reflections and actions.

    Your subconscious mind is an area that is quiet, and seemingly not performing any functions. You’re not aware of it’s actions or performances. But it’s an important  part of your mind, and it’s functions affect your everyday achievements or otherwise. It’s influential to your being a success or failure at a particular time or the other.

    The subconscious mind functions the same way as a fertile soil that’s been fully prepared to consent to any seed lanted in it. It’s function is to absorb thoughts being passed to it repeatedly by the conscious mind. Therefore any thought repeatedly releflected by the conscious mind is absorbed and utilized by the subconscious mind.

    Your habitual thoughts and beliefs are the seeds which are contunually planted in the subconscious mind, and they will soon produce a crop. If you plant positive thoughts you’ll get positive results and if you plant negative thoughts you’ll get negative results. This is called manifestations.

    You’re therefore advised to arase bad memories from your mind, think positively, and visualize good things.
