<p>be minimal. This produced a profound effect on their lifes for a long time,</p>
<p>until they decided to face and overcome the devel of negative thinking.</p>

The mind do not operate on a vacuum. At any point in time<br />
the human mind usually have at least an idea it is considering.<br />
Therefore when it is not thinking positive it is probably<br />
thinking negative.</p>
<p>Moving from negative thinking to positive thinking should<br />
not be difficult at all. Actually it should be a normal thing,<br />
which should come naturally and  easily if one has conditioned<br />
his mind for such. Some people believed that the habit<br />
of negative thinking will be difficult to drop. But<br />
this is not so. What you&#8217;ve to do is to adopt it gradually.<br />
A regular daily positive thinking for a month will bring<br />
a positive result in one&#8217;s life. However, you should make it<br />
a habit and this should be practised without a break of one<br />
day. Doing this for 30 days religously is a first step to<br />
eradicating negagive thinking from your mind.</p>
<p>Once this initial period is passed, you will experience<br />
some benefits and reliefs and these feelings will  encourage<br />

times have a goal in mind, which he would be aspiring<br />
to achieve, and which will guide him in his undertakings.<br />
A goal success is a planned success. A goal is like a chart<br />
which guides you through the course of achieving  whatever<br />
you want to achieve and how you&#8217;ll achieve it.</p>
<p>People who don&#8217;t have goals don&#8217;t experience goal success.<br />
Such people don&#8217;t have plans for their future and this<br />
ultimately leads to failures.</p>
<p>Each and everyone of us is accountable for his or her<br />
failures. This is because we are blessed with ample<br />
opportunities to achieve our desires, and our failures<br />
are due to the fact that we do not explore and utilize<br />
these opportunities adequately.</p>
<p>Human failure principally come from failures to set<br />
goals or plan how to meet up with set goals. Most people<br />
just follow the crowd and only utilize one or two<br />
opportunities that come bye. This type of people are at<br />
the mercies of opportunities provided by other people or<br />
circumstances. Such people are only reacting to their lifes<br />
and not living it. Notice when you don&#8217;t have a schedule or<br />
a plan to do anything you just flow or move with the crowd.</p>
<p>People who don&#8217;t set goals and pursue them let events around<br />
them dictate what will happen to them. This is what<br />
successful people don&#8217;t allow to happen to them. They set<br />
goals and plan how they will achieve the goals. They don&#8217;t<br />
allow events to dictate their fortunes. This is how to<br />
achieve goal success.</p>
<p>Remember that it&#8217;s you that can decide what you want in<br />
life; nobody will decide it for you. This is why you need<br />
to sit up today and take the first step to success, which<br />
is deciding exactly what you want to be and begin to plan<br />
towards it.</p>

<p>The road to success is simple but not easy. The simple aspect of it is that each human being has the capability and wherewithal to succeed. The uneasy aspect is that you&#8217;ve to go through the process in order to truly achieve success.</p>
<p>Have you seen anybody who have achieved a very big success without going through any goal setting processes? This must be clear to everyone. With all fairness, you can only get along, get some middle way achievements, have a job, marry, get kids, and achieve some levels of success, if you don&#8217;t have any concrete goals.</p>
<p>With a big and clear goal, which you pursue on daily and monthly  basis, with dedication, plan and hard work, the sky will be your limit. This is the only way you can guarantee your big and outstanding success.</p>

<p>In a situation like this, one could imagine someone living a life of self-denials, pretence and self-imposed rightousness.</p>
<p>Is this Positive Thinking? I hasten to tell you that this is not Positive Thinking. The idea behind Positive Thinking is not to deny yourself of your emotions, your true feelings and to live a life of pretence that everything is fine.</p>
<p>Positive Thinking is about feeling your emotions at all times, even in times of extreme difficulties, in a way that you<br />
examine the situation at hand and finding the positive aspects of it. The positive aspect of the situation is what will guide your mind into finding a positive way out.</p>
<p>Each of us have experienced one negative situations at one time or another. And this has probably shown us the outcome of negative feelings. The first feeling to come out of a negative occurrence is negative reaction. This in turn leads to negative thoughts. If care is not taken this eventually leads to negative beliefs. Negative beliefs leads to negative habits.</p>
<p>Positive Thinking as a practice, is finding a positive seed out of a negative situation, which would be used to seek for a positive outcome.   The seed could a very minute idea, but if nurtured adequately, could be planted and made to germinate to a blossom future. All bad or extreme situations have this positive seed, one only need to look for it to find it. </p>
<p>The positive seed makes you change your beliefs and your emotions. It liberates your mind and makes you live a happier life. These simple steps give you joy and frees your mind of negative thoughts.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class="KonaBody"><p>I guess by now my regular readers would&#8217;ve become good positive thinkers, and as you&#8217;re probably one of them, you should have acquired some levels of positive thinking capabilities and should&#8217;ve started reaping the benefits of the practice. If you&#8217;ve been able to achieve one or two things out of practising positive thinking you deserve to give yourself a pat on the back. If you&#8217;ve not been able to accomplish so much  do not be discouraged. Keep working on your mind, and continue to erase negative thinkings from your mind.</p>
<p>In trying to move forward consider these  tested steps to consolidate your practice of positive thinking.</p>
<p>1.  Consider your past failures and mistakes as purely stepping stones. Don&#8217;t allow anything of your past to bog you down. Take time to learn from your mistakes, so as to know where and why you fail. Consolidate on this. With positive thinking you&#8217;ll receive devine guidance. Follow it with hope and belief. At times people are bogged down by the failures of other people, and they tend to think that because someone had failed in one thing they dare not attempt it. It&#8217;s likely that you&#8217;ll do well if you take your time to  find out why such people fail and you set your own plan after correcting the mistakes. </p>
<p>2.  Find a positive role model. We all derive inspirations from one or two people. Each of us have at least one person who give us a sense of determination and hope and we tend to follow their footsteps as as to emulate their ways of life in certain ways. We do this so as to attain the feats such people have acquired. Move closer to this role model of yours and learn from him. All over the world, positive role models&#8217;ve been found to play positive roles in the life of developing peoples&#8217; mind.</p>
<p>3.  Change your sources of information and atmosphere to a positive one. We all know that the majority of information from our news media for most of the time is negative. we are constantly deluged with news of economic recession in the world, wars, rebel activities, islamic insurgents, suicide bombers etc. These negative news are repeated to our hearings. Instead of listening to these all the time, find motivational CDs that will give you inspiriations in pursuing your goals and consolidate your positive thinkings.</p>
<p>4. Place clip quotes, photos and boards at vantage positions in your office and house, to remind you of your laudable goals and positive thinking. Allow these images to sink into your mind whenever your eyes come in contact with each of  them.</p>
<p>Each of these steps has the capacity to consolidate your positive thinking and help you in quickly manifesting your goals and desire. Results obtained from its Use were however varied. Some got their positive results easily and quickly, while some positive results came much later and after some bits of efforts.</p>
<p>However, the bottom line is that with consistency and belief Positive Thinking will manifest your desires. It is now accepted as a potent tool, endowed on all human beings by our Creator. The process of manifesting through positive thinking had been endorsed time and time again that it was capable  of bringing about positive results in good time, with little efforts.</p>
<p>The reason why some people encountered some delays in their positive manifestations is because of their immediate past state of mind. If someone had experienced a prolong state of negative thinking it will delay his subconscious mind in adjusting to the new state of his mind. We are all witnesses to the negative informations and sights that have pervaded our various information channels &#8211; radio, television, newspapers etc. We&#8217;re daily informed of world economic meltdown,  aids epidemic, earthquakes, suicide bombers, killings in Iraqi etc. In addition we have been exposed to a combination of  childhood negative experiences which had somehow permanently formed our beliefs. All these have contributed in no small measure to the negativity which had overshadowed our mind.</p>
<p>This is why sometimes we find that it was not always easy as we would like it to be, and we find our mind drifting to negative thoughts even if we had decided that we will practice Positive Thinking always.</p>
<p>Negative thoughts, because of their nature of negativity, have a way of trying to recur in our mind so as to prevent positive thoughts from staying permanently in our mind.And this is why we must make it part of our life to always think positively and when we find our mind drifting to the  wrong side we must put it right.</p>
<p>One of the endorsed solutions to our problems in this regard is by utilising affirmations. This process  requires that you practice affirmations on a continous basis over a period of time, until the entire system of your body is saturated with the affirmations. This would create a new habit, belief and state of mind.</p>
<p>Another way to solve this problem is to stop yourself right then when you find yourself on the path of negative thinking and replacing it with positive thinking immediately. By doing this regularly you&#8217;re creating a new mind.</p>
<p>To further help you in your process of positive manifestations, combine your positive thinking with visualisations. Picture in your mind what you desire and have the belief that it&#8217;s already there as your own. Feel this with emotion.</p>

<p>Positive Thinking is an inner attitude of positive feelings, beliefs and the positive frame of mind towards a successful outcome from an endeavour or a challenge. It is a feeling of hope and happinness from a particular situation.</p>
<p>It is a mental feeling and a strong belief that a particular situation you find yourself will turn out fine and successeful.</p>
<p>Some people do not believe in Positive Thinking as a worthwhile practice. To such people it&#8217;s common to say that it was normal for people to feel worried and low in spirit at situations that appear too tough or unsurmontable. However to a believer of Positive Thinking Practice there is the belief that the Universe and everything in it were created to be perfect by our Creator, and therefore whichever situations he finds himsef will turn out to be perfect, with little or no efforts from his part.</p>
<p>In the recent times, many are becoming atrtacted to the Law of Attraction and they&#8217;re finding it benefitial. The Law of Attraction is the central point of Positive Thinking. The Law is based on a principle that you should never think negative because your thoughts influence your destiny. When your attitude is positive you entertain pleasant feelings and you&#8217;re able to have constructive ideas. This enable the mind to see images of successful outcomes and the body is tuned towards this. This is the principle of Positive Thinking.</p>
<p>The power of your thoughts is immense. It&#8217;s your past thoughts that&#8217;ve shapened your life and gave you the life you&#8217;re living presently. It is your present thoughts that will shape and determine the life you would live in near future.</p>
<p>However, one finds that it is difficult for many people to think positively. This is because we&#8217;re constantly faced with negative sights, and fed with negative informations by all around us. Some of these negative informations are:</p>
<p> &#8221;There&#8217;s economic downturn in the world&#8221;</p>
<p> &#8221;Money is hard to get&#8221;</p>
<p> &#8221;You have to work very hard to survive&#8221;</p>
<p> etc.</p>
<p>All informations of this type produce negative thinkings and adversely affect people. A positive thinker should learn to ignore all these adverse informations. With positive thinking and positive frame of mind all your desires will be manifested easily and quickly.</p>
